On April 29, 2025, S&P Global announced the intent to separate S&P Global Mobility division from S&P Global. The planned separation is expected to result in Mobility’s becoming a stand-alone public company. S&P Global expects to complete the separation over the 12 to 18 months from its announcement, subject to the satisfaction of customary legal and regulatory requirements and approvals, including final approval of the Company’s Board of Directors and effectiveness of a Form 10 registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. There can be no assurance that any separation transaction will ultimately occur or, if one does occur, of its terms or timing.
